An Ode to Brussel Sprouts in 49 Words

Brussel sprouts are like my Aunt Judith. They are obstinate. They are odd. They are soft, pointy, jarring and sweet without even turning around. They are defiant and cantankerous while pliant and languorous. They shed layers easily but stand their own ground. They are loved for their delicious contradictions.
